We understand that unexpected events may arise that conflict with your scheduled appointment. Therefore, we ask for 24 hours’ notice, if able, to cancel or change your appointment. By informing us of a cancellation or change, it allows us to help other patients who may need immediate care. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a $27.50 no show/same day cancellation fee may be assessed. If the appointment was for surgery or other procedure, a $54.50 fee will be assessed.
